What you would be building

One decision engine. Everything px does runs on it.

We are hiring one person to build it and one person to bring people to it.

What it does

Each morning px reads what shapes a member's day: their sleep, their training, their calendar and the goal they are working toward. It turns that into one plan for today across training, mind and food, with the reason for every call.

Why it is ours

Every number comes from px's own code. The language models write the words around it; px makes the decision.

Where it runs

On the phone, the watch and inside AI assistants today. On TV and the web next, and later on the gym floor.

01  The product

From what a member wears to today's plan.

The app as it ships today. Four steps sit behind every plan.

  1. Connect what you already wear.35+ apps and devices: Garmin, Oura, WHOOP and more directly, the rest through Apple Health and Health Connect.
  2. px learns your normal. After the first week, every reading is set against the member's own baseline, never an average.
  3. Build your pursuit. One conversation covers the goal, its date and the hours the member really has. px plans back from the date.
  4. One plan for today.Today's session, meditation and meals, each with the reason it changed.
MoveTraining that reads the day, and eases off when the night was short.
MindBreathwork and meditation, placed where the week needs them.
FuelMeals that match the work, built around how people already eat.
Head of EngineeringYou lead the engineering behind all of this: the decision engine, the connections, the at-home assessment and the wellness hub.

02  The brand

Real people, and the product as it is.

We shoot our campaigns with our own people, and every post shows the app as it really works. Our podcast puts the people behind real pursuits on camera.

03  Our values

Five things we hold each other to.

We hire for them, and they are how px speaks to every member.

  1. Selfless

The member's progress comes first, never px's and never our own. We back each other the same way.

  2. The reason, always

Every call comes with its why, to a member and to each other. Nobody has to guess.

  3. Show, never claim

We let the work make the case, not the adjectives.

  4. Honest about the gap

We say what we do not know, early and plainly. A gap, never a guess.

  5. Finish what you start

Nothing half done. We ship it, then we see it through.
