Delete Your PX Account & Data

PX (developed by Pursue Excellence Ltd) lets you delete your account and personal data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app

  1. Open PX and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Confirm. Your account, posts, workout history, nutrition logs, and connected health data are removed immediately.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email support@pxmembership.com from the address registered to your PX account with the subject line "Delete my account". We’ll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Profile (name, email, profile photo, username)
  • Posts, comments, and uploaded media
  • Workout, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and body-measurement logs
  • Connected Health Connect / Apple Health data stored in PX
  • Push tokens, device IDs, and app activity history
  • Subscription link to your account

What is kept (and why)

  • Anonymized usage analytics — retained for product improvement; no longer linked to you.
  • Transaction / billing records — kept for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations.
  • Backups — purged within 30 days of your deletion request as part of our standard backup rotation.
