Our commitment
PX (Pursue Excellence Ltd) is committed to making our products usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability or technology. We design and build against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, targeting Level AA conformance across the PX website and mobile apps.
What we do
- Semantic, structured HTML with a logical heading order, landmarks, and labelled controls.
- Full keyboard navigation, with visible focus states on interactive elements.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
- Support for screen readers, browser zoom, and text resizing without loss of content or function.
- Forms with associated labels, clear error messages, and accessible status announcements.
- Respect for reduced-motion preferences, and content that does not rely on colour alone to convey meaning.
Known limitations
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a finished state. Some third-party embeds, documents, and newer interface areas may not yet fully meet our AA target. Where we identify a gap, we prioritise a fix and, where helpful, offer an alternative way to complete the task. If you hit a barrier, please tell us — real reports are the fastest way we improve.
Report an accessibility issue
Email support@pxmembership.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us the page or screen, the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, and what happened. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within one business day and will keep you updated on a fix.
Ongoing work
We review accessibility as part of our design and release process, test with keyboard and screen-reader flows, and fold feedback into our roadmap. As standards and our products evolve, we will update this statement to reflect where we are.
