Option 1 — Delete specific items in the app
Within PX you can remove individual items at any time without deleting your account. Tap the (…) icon on any item to find its Delete option.
- Posts and comments
- Lock-in sessions
- Uploaded photos
- Uploaded documents
Option 2 — Delete your entire account from the app
- Open PX and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Profile.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account, posts, sessions, messages, uploaded media, logs, preferences, and connected health data are removed immediately.
Option 3 — Request full deletion by email
If you can’t access the app, email support@pxmembership.com from the address registered to your PX account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Tell us whether you want to delete specific data or the entire account, and include any details that will help us identify your records. We’ll verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted (full account deletion)
- Profile (name, email, profile photo, username)
- Posts, comments, lock-in sessions, and uploaded media (photos, documents)
- Direct messages and conversations
- Workout, nutrition, hydration, sleep, and body-measurement logs
- Connected Health Connect / Apple Health data stored in PX
- App preferences, push tokens, device IDs, and app activity history
- Subscription link to your account
What is kept (and why)
- Anonymized usage analytics — retained for product improvement; no longer linked to you.
- Transaction / billing records — kept for up to 7 years to comply with tax and financial regulations.
- Limited fraud-prevention and abuse records — retained as legally required.
- Backups — purged within 30 days of your deletion request as part of our standard backup rotation.
