Questions
Are the calculators free?
Yes, and you do not need an account. Each one shows its method and links to the published research behind it.
Is this what px does in the app?
The thinking is the same. In px it runs on your own data every morning, with your sleep, training, calendar and food in view, and the day’s plan comes with the reason attached.
Where do the device score ranges come from?
From each maker’s own documentation, linked on every page. px reads the score alongside everything else it knows about your day, rather than replacing it.

Tomorrow morning, already decided.
Seven days free. By this time next week, px knows your normal.
