What arrives

What Cronometer shares with px.

  • Heart rate. Read against your own normal, never an average.
  • HRV. Heart rate variability, read as your own trend, never against anyone else’s.
  • Weight. As often as you weigh in, read as a trend, never one morning on its own.
  • Body composition. Body fat and the measures your scale takes, as often as you take them.
  • Blood oxygen. Read against your own normal, as context for the day. px never diagnoses from it.
  • Temperature. Changes against your own normal, as context for the day. px never diagnoses from them.
  • Blood pressure. Your readings, kept as context for the plan. px never diagnoses from them.
  • Glucose. Your readings, as context for Fuel. px never diagnoses from them.
  • Food. What you eat, so Fuel counts it without a second log.

Each reading is set against your own normal, not an average person’s. By the end of week one, px knows yours.

What changes

The day is decided with it in view.

Fuel is matched to the work. A bigger session means more food, built around how you already eat. What you log in Cronometer counts without a second entry.

Fuel is planned with your body in view. What Cronometer measures arrives without typing, so the food is set against where you are, not a number you entered once.

Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together. Your training changes what you eat. Last night’s sleep changes today’s session. One coach makes the call, every morning, and gives the reason.

Ask px, any hour. Text or talk. px answers from your plan, your sleep and your pursuit, and changes the plan if the answer calls for it.

Connecting

How to connect Cronometer.

Cronometer reaches px through Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android. In the Cronometer app, turn on its connection to Apple Health or Health Connect. Then allow px to read it when px asks, or later in Apple Health or the Health Connect app.

px reads what Cronometer writes there, as often as your phone shares it, and only what px needs to coach you. Turn any of it off whenever you like, in Apple Health or Health Connect.

Questions

Do I need Cronometer to use px?

No. px works with just your phone. Cronometer adds heart rate, HRV, weight, body composition, blood oxygen, temperature, blood pressure, glucose, and food, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.

Do I keep using the Cronometer app?

Yes. px reads what Cronometer shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Cronometer changes.

What if Cronometer has not synced this morning?

px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.

Is my Cronometer data sold or used to train AI?

Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.

Cronometer measures. px decides.
