Assistants

px in ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini.

Ask the assistant you already use what today’s session is, and move it when your day changes. px answers from your own plan, and shares nothing else.

What it does

Today’s session, wherever you ask.

  • It tells you today’s session. Its name, when it starts, how long it is when your plan sets a length, and whether it is done, still to do or moved. Ask: “What is my px session today?”
  • It moves it when your day changes. To a later time today, or to another day this week up to Sunday. Only a session still to do can move. If the new day puts a hard session beside another, px says so and offers a better day, and moves it only once you confirm.

px decides the session. The assistant repeats what px says, and never invents a session or changes what it is. For training, health, pain or injury, it sends you to the px app. When px has already rested or changed your day, the assistant says so, never why, and leaves it as px set it. A move shows in the px app the next time you open it.

Connecting

Connect px once, in the assistant you use.

You need a px account. New to px? You can create one on px’s own page as you connect, then start your seven days free in the app, where px makes your plan with you.

  • ChatGPT

    1. In ChatGPT, open the apps directory and search for px.
    2. Choose px, then Connect.
    3. px opens its own page. Sign in with the account you use in the px app.
    4. Read what px will share, then tap Allow.
    5. Ask ChatGPT: “What is my px session today?”
  • Claude

    1. In Claude, open the connectors directory and search for px.
    2. Choose px, then Connect.
    3. px opens its own page. Sign in with the account you use in the px app.
    4. Read what px will share, then tap Allow.
    5. Ask Claude: “What is my px session today?”
  • Gemini

    1. On a computer, go to gemini.google.com.
    2. Open Settings, then Connected Apps. If you do not see it, open Personal Intelligence first.
    3. Under Custom apps, add a custom app with px’s address: https://mcp.pxmembership.com/mcp
    4. Gemini opens px’s own page. Sign in with the account you use in the px app.
    5. Read what px will share, then tap Allow.
    6. Ask Gemini: “What is my px session today?” or “Move it to 6 p.m.”

Gemini’s custom apps are offered in the US, in English, for personal Google accounts, to people 18 and over. Once px is connected on the web, it works in the Gemini app on your phone too.

Your data

What px shares, and what it never does.

What px shares

  • Today’s session: its name, when it starts, how long it is, and whether it is done, still to do or moved.
  • That px changed your day, when it did. Never why.
  • The result of a move you ask for, or px’s note about a better day.
  • Your email address, with the name and profile photo on your px account if it has them, so the assistant knows which px account is connected.

What px never shares. Your health readings, scores, check-ins or conversations. Your plan beyond today, your pursuit, your Mind and Fuel sessions, or the reason a day changed.

Who receives it. The company that runs the assistant: OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude, Google for Gemini. What px shares becomes part of your conversation there, and that company keeps it under its own terms and privacy policy, not px’s. The same goes for anything you type to the assistant.

px asks first. Before px shares anything, the assistant opens px’s own page, where you read exactly what px will share and choose whether to allow it. A yes to one assistant never opens another.

Yours to stop

Disconnect whenever you like.

In the px app, open Settings › Connected apps and tap Disconnect beside the assistant. px withdraws your permission and stops answering that assistant straight away.

You can also remove px in the assistant’s own settings, which stops it asking px. Connecting again always asks for your permission again.

In the app, px reads your sleep, training and more from 35+ apps and devices. Every app and device px reads

Questions

Do I need ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini to use px?

No. Everything px does happens in the px app. An assistant is one more place to ask what today’s session is, and to move it.

Can the assistant see my health data?

No. px shares today’s session and nothing about your health: no readings, scores, check-ins or conversations.

Can I log a meal or a check-in through an assistant?

No. In an assistant, px tells you today’s session and moves it. Logging, check-ins and Ask px stay in the px app.

Why did the assistant not move my session?

Only a session still to do can move, to a later time today or another day this week. When px has rested or changed your day, it stays as px set it, and the assistant sends you to the px app.

Tomorrow morning, already decided.

Seven days are free. By this time next week, px knows your normal.
