We do not sell or share your personal information
PX does not sell your personal information for money, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CPRA. We do not use your health data for advertising. Because we do not sell or share in this way, there is no sale to opt out of — but the controls below are always available to you.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information
Some of the data you give PX — such as health and fitness information — is sensitive personal information. We use it only to provide and improve the service you asked for, never to infer characteristics about you for advertising, and never for purposes you would not reasonably expect. You can ask us to limit our use of your sensitive personal information at any time using the contact below.
Your rights

- Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete — request deletion of your personal information.
- Correct — ask us to fix inaccurate personal information.
- Limit — restrict our use of your sensitive personal information.
- Non-discrimination — exercise these rights without being penalised or offered a lesser service.
How to exercise your rights
Email support@pxmembership.com with "California Privacy" in the subject line, from the address registered to your PX account. To delete your account or specific data, you can also use any route on our Data Deletion page. We verify your identity before acting and respond within the timeframe the CCPA requires.
Authorized agents
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We will ask the agent for proof that you gave them permission, and we may still ask you to verify your own identity directly.
Global Privacy Control
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing for an opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control to disable. If our practices ever change, we will honour those signals and update this page.
