Works with
Wear what you wear. px reads the lot.
23 apps and devices, plus Apple Health and Google Health Connect. Or just your phone. Every one of them feeds the same coach, and every morning the coach hands back one decision.
How it works
They measure. px decides.
Most of what you wear is very good at measuring and silent on what to do next. px sits on top of all of it. Connect a device once and its readings arrive against your own normal, alongside your calendar and your pursuit. From there, px sets the day: the session, the food, the ten minutes of calm, and the reason for each.
One permission
Apple Health or Google Health Connect brings your phone and watch across in a single step.
Sign in once
Other devices connect under Settings › Devices in the px app. From then on, px reads.
Nothing to double-log
A run on your watch, a meal in your food app, a night on your ring. Each counts once, where it belongs.

Questions
Do I need a wearable to use px?
No. Your phone on its own is enough to start. A watch or a ring adds sleep and heart rate, which lets px read the morning more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without one.
Can I keep using my device’s own app?
Yes. px reads what your device shares and decides what to do with it. Nothing about how you use Garmin, Oura, WHOOP or any other app changes.
What happens when a device has not synced?
px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. When the data cannot carry a number, you see a gap, never an estimate.
Is my data sold or used to train AI?
Never. Your data coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like.

Tomorrow morning, already decided.
Seven days free. By this time next week, px knows your normal.
