How to connect Decathlon.
In the px app: Settings › Devices. Sign in once and px reads from then on.
Data is read as often as Decathlon allows, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you. Disconnect at any time from the same place.

Do I need Decathlon to use px?
No. px works with just your phone. Decathlon adds workouts, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.
Do I keep using the Decathlon app?
Yes. px reads what Decathlon shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Decathlon changes.
What if Decathlon has not synced this morning?
px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.
Is my Decathlon data sold or used to train AI?
Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.
