Works with
px works with Strava.
Whatever you record to Strava counts toward today’s load in px, whichever watch or app it came from.
What changes
The day is decided with it in view.
Yesterday counts toward today. The session Strava recorded is part of your load, so tomorrow is planned around what you actually did, not what was on the plan.
Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together. Your training changes what you eat. Last night’s sleep changes today’s session. One coach makes the call, every morning, and gives the reason.
Ask px, any hour. Text or talk. px answers from your plan, your sleep and your pursuit, and changes the plan if the answer calls for it.
Connecting
How to connect Strava.
In the px app: Settings › Devices. Sign in once and px reads from then on.
Data is read as often as Strava allows, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you. Disconnect at any time from the same place.

Questions
Do I need Strava to use px?
No. px works with just your phone. Strava adds workouts, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.
Do I keep using the Strava app?
Yes. px reads what Strava shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Strava changes.
What if Strava has not synced this morning?
px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.
Is my Strava data sold or used to train AI?
Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.

Strava measures. px decides.
Seven days free. Connect once, and tomorrow morning is already planned.
