Works with
px works with Outlook Calendar.
Work runs on Outlook. px reads the week there and places training, food and a few minutes of calm where the meetings leave room.
What changes
The day is decided with it in view.
Sessions move when meetings do. When something lands on a session, px moves the session, not the meeting, and tells you where it went.
Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together. Your training changes what you eat. Last night’s sleep changes today’s session. One coach makes the call, every morning, and gives the reason.
Ask px, any hour. Text or talk. px answers from your plan, your sleep and your pursuit, and changes the plan if the answer calls for it.
Connecting
How to connect Outlook Calendar.
In the px app: Settings › Devices › Outlook Calendar. Sign in with your Microsoft account once. Read-only: px never edits or deletes an event.
Data is read as often as Outlook Calendar allows, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you. Disconnect at any time from the same place.

Questions
Do I need Outlook Calendar to use px?
No. px works with just your phone. Outlook Calendar adds your calendar, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.
Do I keep using the Outlook Calendar app?
Yes. px reads what Outlook Calendar shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Outlook Calendar changes.
What if Outlook Calendar has not synced this morning?
px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.
Is my Outlook Calendar data sold or used to train AI?
Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.

Outlook Calendar measures. px decides.
Seven days free. Connect once, and tomorrow morning is already planned.
