Allow calendar access when px asks, or later in the px app under Settings › Devices › Apple Calendar. Read-only: px never edits or deletes an event.
Data is read as often as Apple Calendar allows, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you. Disconnect at any time from the same place.

Do I need Apple Calendar to use px?
No. px works with just your phone. Apple Calendar adds your calendar, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.
Do I keep using the Apple Calendar app?
Yes. px reads what Apple Calendar shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Apple Calendar changes.
What if Apple Calendar has not synced this morning?
px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.
Is my Apple Calendar data sold or used to train AI?
Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.
