Workouts. What you did, for how long and how hard, so yesterday counts toward today.
Sleep. How long and how well, so a short night changes the morning.

Yesterday counts toward today. The session Amazfit recorded is part of your load, so tomorrow is planned around what you actually did, not what was on the plan.

Fuel is planned with your body in view. What Amazfit measures arrives without typing, so the food is set against where you are, not a number you entered once.

How to connect Amazfit.

Amazfit reaches px through Apple Health on iPhone. In the Zepp app, turn on its connection to Apple Health. Then allow px to read Apple Health when px asks, or later under Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › px.

px reads what Amazfit writes there, as often as your phone shares it, and only what px needs to coach you. Turn any of it off whenever you like, in Apple Health or Health Connect.

Do I need Amazfit to use px?

No. px works with just your phone. Amazfit adds workouts, sleep, heart rate, daily activity, weight, and blood oxygen, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.

Do I keep using the Amazfit app?

Yes. px reads what Amazfit shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Amazfit changes.

What if Amazfit has not synced this morning?

px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.

Is my Amazfit data sold or used to train AI?

Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.
