Works with

px works with Apple Watch.

Your Apple Watch already records the session and the night. px reads them through Apple Health and turns them into tomorrow morning’s plan, with the reason attached.

What arrives

What Apple Watch shares with px.

  • Workouts. What you did, for how long and how hard, so yesterday counts toward today.
  • Sleep. How long and how well, so a short night changes the morning.
  • Heart rate. Read against your own normal, never an average.
  • HRV. Heart rate variability, read as your own trend, never against anyone else’s.
  • Daily activity. Steps and the shape of your day between sessions.
  • Blood oxygen. Read against your own normal, as context for the day. px never diagnoses from it.
  • Temperature. Changes against your own normal, as context for the day. px never diagnoses from them.

Each reading is set against your own normal, not an average person’s. By the end of week one, px knows yours.

What changes

The day is decided with it in view.

A short night changes the morning. Slept badly by your own standards? The session eases off and px tells you why. Slept well with a clear calendar? Train as planned.

Yesterday counts toward today. The session Apple Watch recorded is part of your load, so tomorrow is planned around what you actually did, not what was on the plan.

Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together. Your training changes what you eat. Last night’s sleep changes today’s session. One coach makes the call, every morning, and gives the reason.

Ask px, any hour. Text or talk. px answers from your plan, your sleep and your pursuit, and changes the plan if the answer calls for it.

Connecting

How to connect Apple Watch.

Nothing to set up on the watch. It writes to Apple Health on your iPhone, so allow px to read Apple Health when px asks, or later under Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › px.

Data is read as often as Apple Watch allows, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you. Disconnect at any time from the same place.

Questions

Do I need Apple Watch to use px?

No. px works with just your phone. Apple Watch adds workouts, sleep, heart rate, HRV, daily activity, blood oxygen, and temperature, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.

Do I keep using the Apple Watch app?

Yes. px reads what Apple Watch shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Apple Watch changes.

What if Apple Watch has not synced this morning?

px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.

Is my Apple Watch data sold or used to train AI?

Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.

Apple Watch measures. px decides.

Seven days free. Connect once, and tomorrow morning is already planned.
