Works with
px works with Fitbit.
Your Fitbit already counts the steps and the sleep. px reads them against your own normal and sets the day from there.
What changes
The day is decided with it in view.
A short night changes the morning. Slept badly by your own standards? The session eases off and px tells you why. Slept well with a clear calendar? Push.
Yesterday counts toward today. The session Fitbit recorded is part of your load, so tomorrow is planned around what you actually did, not what was on the plan.
Fuel is matched to the work. A bigger session means more food, built around how you already eat. What you log in Fitbit counts without a second entry.
Fuel is planned with your body in view. What Fitbit measures arrives without typing, so the food is set against where you are, not a number you entered once.
Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together. Your training changes what you eat. Last night’s sleep changes today’s session. One coach makes the call, every morning, and gives the reason.
Ask px, any hour. Text or talk. px answers from your plan, your sleep and your pursuit, and changes the plan if the answer calls for it.
Questions
Do I need Fitbit to use px?
No. px works with just your phone. Fitbit adds workouts, sleep, heart rate and HRV, daily activity, body, and food, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.
Do I keep using the Fitbit app?
Yes. px reads what Fitbit shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Fitbit changes.
What if Fitbit has not synced this morning?
px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.
Is my Fitbit data sold or used to train AI?
Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.
