What arrives

What Samsung Galaxy Ring shares with px.

Sleep. How long and how well, so a short night changes the morning.
Heart rate. Read against your own normal, never an average.
Daily activity. Steps and the shape of your day between sessions.
Blood oxygen. Read against your own normal, as context for the day. px never diagnoses from it.

Each reading is set against your own normal, not an average person’s. By the end of week one, px knows yours.

What changes

The day is decided with it in view.

A short night changes the morning. Slept badly by your own standards? The session eases off and px tells you why. Slept well with a clear calendar? Train as planned.

Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together. Your training changes what you eat. Last night’s sleep changes today’s session. One coach makes the call, every morning, and gives the reason.

Ask px, any hour. Text or talk. px answers from your plan, your sleep and your pursuit, and changes the plan if the answer calls for it.

Connecting

How to connect Samsung Galaxy Ring.

Samsung Galaxy Ring reaches px through Health Connect on Android. In the Samsung Health app, turn on its connection to Health Connect. Then allow px to read Health Connect when px asks, or later in the Health Connect app under Data and access › px.

px reads what Samsung Galaxy Ring writes there, as often as your phone shares it, and only what px needs to coach you. Turn any of it off whenever you like, in Apple Health or Health Connect.

Questions

Do I need Samsung Galaxy Ring to use px?

No. px works with just your phone. Samsung Galaxy Ring adds sleep, heart rate, daily activity, and blood oxygen, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.

Do I keep using the Samsung Galaxy Ring app?

Yes. px reads what Samsung Galaxy Ring shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Samsung Galaxy Ring changes.

What if Samsung Galaxy Ring has not synced this morning?

px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.

Is my Samsung Galaxy Ring data sold or used to train AI?

Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.
