Works with
px works with Natural Cycles.
Natural Cycles keeps your cycle log. Once you turn cycle tracking on in px, your periods arrive through Apple Health, and px adapts to the symptoms you log.
Through Apple Health
What changes
The day is decided with it in view.
The plan reads your cycle. Once you turn cycle tracking on in px, training, rest and food are planned around where you are in it, and px adapts to the symptoms you log.
Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together. Your training changes what you eat. Last night’s sleep changes today’s session. One coach makes the call, every morning, and gives the reason.
Ask px, any hour. Text or talk. px answers from your plan, your sleep and your pursuit, and changes the plan if the answer calls for it.
Connecting
How to connect Natural Cycles.
Natural Cycles reaches px through Apple Health on iPhone. In the Natural Cycles app, turn on its connection to Apple Health. Then allow px to read Apple Health when px asks, or later under Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › px.
px reads what Natural Cycles writes there, as often as your phone shares it, and only what px needs to coach you. Turn any of it off whenever you like, in Apple Health or Health Connect.
Questions
Do I need Natural Cycles to use px?
No. px works with just your phone. Natural Cycles adds cycle, which lets px read your day more closely, but the plan, the coach and the food work without it.
Do I keep using the Natural Cycles app?
Yes. px reads what Natural Cycles shares and turns it into the day’s plan. Nothing about how you use Natural Cycles changes.
What if Natural Cycles has not synced this morning?
px does not guess. It uses what it has, tells you which inputs are missing, and asks you for the rest. You see a gap, never an estimate.
Is my Natural Cycles data sold or used to train AI?
Never. It coaches you and nothing else. You can export, pause or delete it whenever you like, and px only asks for what it needs to coach you.

Natural Cycles measures. px decides.
