Your pursuit
Marathon, with px.
A marathon is a long conversation with your own body. px keeps it honest: the plan is built back from race day, and each morning is set to how you slept, what you did yesterday and what your week looks like.
The first conversation
px builds the plan back from it.
Race day, the time you are chasing, your injuries, and the days a week you can run. px builds the plan back from there.
Then px connects what you already wear, learns your normal in the first week, and from then on you wake up to your Direction: one plan for the day, and the reason it changed overnight.
One coach
Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together.
Move
The long run stays where it belongs and everything else is placed around it and your calendar. When three days of load outpace your recovery, today goes easy and Thursday inherits the intervals. px says so.
Mind
The weeks are long and the head gives out before the legs. Breathwork and meditation are placed on the days that need them, five minutes or forty-five.
Fuel
The food follows the work: more on the day of the long run, and the day after. Recipes with cook mode, and barcode and photo logging so it takes seconds.
A morning
The day changes. The pursuit does not.
Your Direction · today
Push today.
You have slept well for four nights and your calendar is clear until Thursday.
Your night, your yesterday, your calendar and what you are aiming at. px weighs the lot and comes back with one thing: what today should be, and why. Ask it anything, by text or voice, at any hour, and it changes the plan if the answer calls for it.
Behind it
How px thinks about it.
The method is written down. These are the pieces from px Insights that sit behind this pursuit.

Questions
How does px handle a heavy week at work?
It reads your calendar on Apple, Google or Outlook. When a session clashes with a meeting, px moves the session and tells you where it went. The plan bends around the week you actually have.
What if I am coming back from injury?
Tell px in the first conversation. The plan starts from where you are, holds the level you agreed, and px does not push a number it has not earned.
Can px see my long runs from my watch?
Yes. Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, Apple Watch, Strava and more. What you recorded counts toward today, wherever you recorded it.
Is it one plan or three?
One. Move, Mind and Fuel are decided together every morning, so the long run changes what you eat and last night’s sleep changes today’s session.

The long build, already planned.
Seven days free. Tell px the date and it starts from there.
