Your pursuit
HYROX, with px.
Running and strength in the same week, and a body that has to do both on the day. px builds one plan back from the event, and keeps the two halves honest with each other.
The first conversation
px builds the plan back from it.
The event date, whether you are racing alone or in a pair, and the days a week you can train. px builds back from there.
Then px connects what you already wear, learns your normal in the first week, and from then on you wake up to your Direction: one plan for the day, and the reason it changed overnight.
One coach
Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together.
Move
Running and strength placed across the week so neither steals from the other, every exercise on video. A hard strength day is read the next morning like any other load, and the run is trimmed if it has to be.
Mind
The event asks for a head that keeps going when everything hurts. Breathwork and meditation are placed where the week needs them, not added as homework.
Fuel
Two kinds of work need feeding. Fuel is matched to the session in front of you, built around how you already eat.
A morning
The day changes. The pursuit does not.
Your Direction · today
Strength stays. The run goes easy.
Yesterday’s session was the heaviest of the block and your heart rate this morning says so.
Your night, your yesterday, your calendar and what you are aiming at. px weighs the lot and comes back with one thing: what today should be, and why. Ask it anything, by text or voice, at any hour, and it changes the plan if the answer calls for it.
Behind it
How px thinks about it.
The method is written down. These are the pieces from px Insights that sit behind this pursuit.
From px Insights
Should I Train Today? How to Decide Before You Start
Not sure whether to train or rest? Here is how to read sleep, HRV and resting heart rate together and make the call in under a minute, before you get changed.
Do I Need a Rest Day? How to Tell Tired From Overtrained
Tired is a feeling. Under-recovered is a state, and your signals can tell them apart. When a rest day earns its place, and what to do with it.
How to Stay Consistent With Training
Nearly half of people who intend to train do not. Why consistency fails, what the evidence says actually holds, and how to build a week that survives.
Does Your Mood Change What You Should Train?
Subjective measures track training load better than blood markers do. What that means for what you train today.

Questions
Does px plan both the running and the strength?
Yes. One plan, one coach. Sessions are written for you with every exercise on video, and the runs are placed around them so the week adds up.
What if I am training with a partner?
Pick them as your Pair in px. You each see the days the other shows up. Or put your whole training group in a Circle, with standings in bands, never ranks.
Can I move a session when work gets in the way?
px reads your calendar and moves the session when something clashes. Or ask it, by text or voice, and it changes the plan.
Do I need a wearable?
No. Your phone is enough to start. A watch or a ring lets px read sleep and heart rate, which sharpens the morning decision, but the plan works without one.
