Your pursuit
Coming back, with px.
After an injury, a birth, a burnout or a long break. px starts from where you are, not where you were, and holds the level you agreed until your body has earned the next one.
The first conversation
px builds the plan back from it.
What happened, what you can do today without paying for it tomorrow, and what you want back. That is the first conversation.
Then px connects what you already wear, learns your normal in the first week, and from then on you wake up to your Direction: one plan for the day, and the reason it changed overnight.
One coach
Move, Mind and Fuel, decided together.
Move
Sessions that hold the level you agreed, every exercise on video. px does not push a number it has not earned. When the readings say you carried yesterday well, the next step is offered, with the reason.
Mind
The hardest part of a comeback is the head. Confidence comes back one honest session at a time, and px plans the calm alongside the work.
Fuel
Food that matches the work you are doing now, not the work you used to do. Built around how you already eat.
A morning
The day changes. The pursuit does not.
Your Direction · today
Hold today where it is.
Two good sessions this week. The third can wait until your sleep catches up.
Your night, your yesterday, your calendar and what you are aiming at. px weighs the lot and comes back with one thing: what today should be, and why. Ask it anything, by text or voice, at any hour, and it changes the plan if the answer calls for it.
Behind it
How px thinks about it.
The method is written down. These are the pieces from px Insights that sit behind this pursuit.

Questions
Will px push me too hard?
No. px holds the level you agreed and does not push a number it has not earned. When the data cannot carry a number, you see a gap, never a guess.
What if I have a bad week?
px picks up where you actually are. There is nothing to catch up on and nothing to apologise for. The plan is rebuilt from today.
Can I talk to a person?
Yes. When a question needs a human, px hands you to one on the px team, usually within one business day.
Is px a medical service?
No. px gives you guidance and structure. It does not diagnose, treat or replace clinical care. If you have a medical concern, see a clinician first, then tell px what they said.

The way back, one morning at a time.
Seven days free. Tell px where you are and it starts from there.
