By email
Email support@pxmembership.com from the address registered to your PX account, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Tell us whether you want to delete specific data or the entire account.
What happens next
- We verify your identity — typically by asking you to confirm two data points we already hold.
- We complete the deletion within one month of verification.
- For complex requests we may extend by up to two further months, and we will explain why (UK/EU GDPR Article 12).
- We send a confirmation email when deletion is complete.
Have the app? Deleting in-app is faster, and you can also delete specific items without closing your account.
