Who this applies to

This notice is for consumers in Washington and Nevada, and for anyone whose consumer health data PX processes under those laws. It supplements — and does not replace — our Privacy Policy, which describes our practices in full.

What we mean by consumer health data

Consumer health data is information that identifies your past, present, or future physical or mental health. For PX, that can include:

  • Activity and fitness data — steps, workouts, heart rate, and HRV.
  • Sleep, nutrition, hydration, and body-measurement logs.
  • Data synced from Apple Health, Health Connect, or connected wearables (Oura, WHOOP, Garmin and others).
  • Self-reported readiness, mood, and goals you enter in the app.
  • Health-related context you share with the PX Coach.

How and why we use it

We collect this data, with your permission, to provide the PX service — to personalise coaching, generate your daily brief and scores, surface insights, and adapt your plan. We use it only for the purposes described here and in our Privacy Policy. We do not use consumer health data for advertising.

How we share it

We do not sell your consumer health data. We share it only with the service providers (sub-processors) that help us run PX, under contracts that limit them to processing on our instructions:

  • Anthropic — to generate PX Coach responses, under an agreement that prohibits training on your conversations.
  • Google Cloud — infrastructure and storage.
  • Terra — to integrate data from connected wearables.

We may also share data where you direct us to, or where the law requires it. Our full sub-processor list and the retention periods for each data class are described on our Data Deletion page and Privacy Policy.

Your rights

  • Access — request confirmation of, and access to, the consumer health data we hold about you.
  • Delete — request deletion of your consumer health data.
  • Withdraw consent — withdraw any consent you previously gave to collect or share your consumer health data.
  • List of recipients — request a list of the third parties with whom we have shared your consumer health data.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. If we decline a request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by replying to our response.

How to exercise your rights

Email support@pxmembership.com with "Consumer Health Data" in the subject line, from the address registered to your PX account. To delete your account or specific data, you can also use any route on our Data Deletion page. We verify your identity before acting, and respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires.

Security and retention

Consumer health data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), and access is limited to what is needed to run the service. We keep it only as long as needed to provide PX and to meet the specific legal obligations set out on our Data Deletion page.
